Studio settings — floor, payments, branding, and plan.

• Address & Domain

  Every studio gets an Ecloras address like yourstudio.ecloras.com. You can also connect a website you already own with a simple CNAME.

• Branding & Appearance

  Edit your booking site look and copy — logo, theme, colors, fonts, hero, and homepage sections. Clients and client emails pick up your brand.

• Discounts & Promotions

  Create discount codes and allow custom discounts at Checkout and New sale. Clients cannot enter a code on the public site yet.

• Ecloras Notifications

  Ecloras Support only: post a short note in the notification bell for all accounts or specific roles. Optional device push.

• Email Settings

  Ecloras Support only — Resend delivery, account emails, and base client templates. Studios customize client copy under Client Communications → Emails.

• Emails

  Edit waitlist and appointment emails clients receive. Your Branding & Appearance wraps every send. Reset to base anytime.

• Floor & Booking

  Booking mode, how staff run the floor, online queue rules, appointment notice windows, and the client waiver — all in one place under Settings.

• Leads

  Platform tool for people who finished the live demo and agreed to product emails. Studio owners do not see Leads.

• Locations

  A location is an address under your studio. City, state, photos, and visit info show on your public site. Assign staff so they can take bookings.

• Notifications

  Staff device alerts, optional client texts, and reminder emails before a visit. Booking alerts fire as soon as someone joins or books.

• Payments

  Connect Stripe so cards and deposits go to your bank. Turn payment tracking on or off, set tips and receipts, optionally collect sales tax, and require a card when clients book online.

• Plan & Billing

  Your Ecloras subscription — Chair, Studio, or Salon after a free trial. See your price, billing period, and invoice history here. Client card payouts are under Payments & Checkout.

• Roles & Permissions

  Studio roles start with Owner. Add roles and turn pages on for them. Ecloras Support is for the Ecloras team, not a seat inside your studio.

• Settings

  Settings is a sidebar of studio tools — floor, services, team, schedule, booking site, payments, and plan. You only see sections your role can open.

• Studios

  Ecloras Support list of studios. Plan and promo codes live in Orstrax Admin; open a studio here for staff and locations.

• Support inbox

  Ecloras Support only: view and reply to tickets from Help → Support. Not a studio Roles permission.
