Products
Products is your retail catalog — separate from services. Inventory is per location. Ring products on Sales or Checkout with a haircut in one ticket.

Products (Settings → Services & Products) is your retail catalog — separate from Services.
Add product to create an item with price, optional photo, and Taxable on/off. Turn on Track inventory and enter starting quantity on the same screen.
Catalog is product setup. Inventory is stock across this location — low stock, out of stock, quick Adjust, and history. You can also adjust from a product’s edit screen.
On Sales or Checkout, tap Product to add retail to the same ticket as a service. Sold by is who gets retail credit.
Reports → Product sales and Inventory show units, revenue, and cost of goods (when your role can view Reports).
Common questions
Are products the same as services?
No. Services are bookable chair work. Products are retail items with optional inventory.
How do I set starting stock?
When adding a product, turn on Track inventory and enter Quantity on hand, then Save.
Who gets credit for a product sale?
The Sold by person on that product line — not automatically the cashier.
What if I refund a damaged bottle?
Refund and turn off Return products to inventory so stock does not go back on the shelf.
Can I scan a barcode?
Yes. Type or scan the exact barcode on Sales or Products.
