Locations
A location is an address under your studio. City, state, photos, and visit info show on your public site. Assign staff so they can take bookings.

A location is an address under this studio. Chair and Studio plans include 1 location — for those plans, studio name and location name are the same (your business name). Edit it on the location. Salon can add more shops; then studio name is the brand and each location can have its own label.
Your studio name appears under your role in the avatar menu. If you have more than one location, switch there. City and state from this page are what clients see on the public booking site.
On each location you can upload optional Location photos (mark one as primary) and fill in Visit info — parking, amenities, payment methods, languages, kid-friendly, special instructions, and cancellation policy. Anything you leave blank stays hidden. Photos and filled-in details (plus phone) show in a Visit section on your public booking site.
Assign staff to a location so they appear on Hours and can take public bookings.
Common questions
Why can’t I add another location?
Chair and Studio include one location. Switch to Salon under Settings → Plan & billing to add more shops.
Where do I switch locations?
Avatar menu → Location. That list only shows when you have more than one location set up.
Why is Locations empty when a name is selected?
The avatar menu shows the location you are working in. Open Locations here to add an address. If the row is missing, add a location or ask Ecloras Support to attach it to this studio.
Why can’t I see a location?
It may not be assigned to your account. Check Settings → Staff.
Where do clients see Visit info?
On your public booking site under Visit — after About. The nav link only appears when at least one photo, detail, or phone number is filled in.
Do I have to fill every Visit info field?
No. Leave a field blank to hide it. Only what you enter shows publicly.
How do location photos work?
Open a location and use Location photos. Upload up to six, crop each to a wide frame, and tap Set primary on the one clients should see first.
