Leads is a platform admin tool for people who finished the Ecloras live demo and agreed to product emails.

You can see who booked the demo, pause or resume their follow-up sequence, and confirm unsubscribes. These are not studio clients.

Who can open this?

Ecloras Support only. Studio owners do not see Leads.

What emails go out?

A demo confirmation when they finish booking, then short follow-ups over about ten days unless they unsubscribe or you pause them.

Is this a studio’s client list?

No. Leads are interest in Ecloras as a product. Studio clients stay under Clients on each studio.
