Plan & billing is your Ecloras subscription — Chair ($29), Studio ($59), or Salon ($99) after a 30-day free trial. Plans reflect business structure (solo, one-location team, multi-location), not which features you get.
New studios add a card during signup to start the trial ($0 today). If you have a promo code, enter it on signup or here — it can extend the trial, discount the monthly price, or grant complimentary / founding access so you skip the card step.
Change plans here, or open Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal) for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation at period end. Founding or comped studios without a subscription keep access and are not charged.
Client card payments are separate under Payments & Checkout (Stripe Connect). Ecloras takes 0% of those transactions; standard Stripe processing fees apply on your connected account.
Common questions
Will I be charged automatically?
Only after your 30-day trial ends (or Support marks you Active/Comped). Founding studios without a Stripe subscription are not charged. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Why is my public site “Coming soon”?
Until your free trial starts (or Support marks you Active/Comped/Founding), your public booking address shows a simple Coming soon page — not full booking or waitlist. Finish billing under setup, then choose Public waitlist or Online booking under Settings → Floor & Booking.
What if I close billing during signup?
You cannot use the studio product until the free trial starts. Sign in again and you’ll return to billing — your studio name and plan are kept. Use the account button (top right) for Account settings, Help & support, or Sign out anytime.
Who can open Plan & billing?
Roles with Plan & billing permission. Owners have it. Other roles stay off unless you turn it on.
How do promo codes work?
Enter a code on signup or the billing step. After you type it, you see what it is for. Complimentary codes skip the card. Other codes can lengthen the trial or discount the subscription. Studio checkout discounts for clients are separate under Discounts & Promotions.
Does Chair hide features?
No. Every plan includes the Ecloras experience. Chair is for one provider; Studio adds staff at one location; Salon adds multiple locations.
