Studio roles start with Owner (everything in this business). Add any extra roles you need and turn pages on for them. Ecloras Support is the Ecloras team role — it is not a seat inside a paying studio and can see every studio.
New pages default off until you turn them on for a role, except Owner, who keeps business access. Hierarchy controls who can manage whom. You generally cannot edit your own role’s permissions.
Common questions
Is this for Ecloras or for my studio?
Studio roles are for people in your business. Ecloras Support is only for the Ecloras team who run the platform.
Where did Stylist and the other built-in roles go?
Studios only start with Owner. Add a role (for example Stylist) if someone should see fewer pages.
Can I edit my own role?
No. That is blocked to prevent lockouts and privilege mistakes.
