Who shows up here?

Each studio that signed up. Book With Ryan is the first one.

Where do new studios come from?

ecloras.com/signup. They pick a plan, can enter a promo code, set a password from the email we send, then name their studio and Ecloras address.

Where do I create signup promo codes?

Orstrax Admin → Ecloras → Promo codes. The label is what studios see when they enter the code. Complimentary skips the card. Leave a date blank or tap Never expires if it should not end.

Billing owner vs Owner role?

Billing owner is the account contact on the studio. Several people can have the Owner role for access. Use Set billing owner on a person if they don’t match.

How do I edit a studio’s plan?

Open Orstrax Admin → Ecloras → Studios. Plan, complimentary access, and promo codes are no longer changed from this page.
