Waitlist
Waitlist holds people who couldn’t book a time or joined while you were closed. Turn public waitlist, online booking, or neither on under Floor & Booking.

Waitlist is the list of people who left their name when they could not book a time or when the shop was closed for online booking.
Names appear here from several paths: the public waitlist join form on Book (Settings → Floor & Booking), a general waitlist alongside online booking when Also offer a general waitlist is on, or a day waitlist when online booking is on and they asked for a preferred time window. Neither turns the public join paths off — Book shows a closed message instead.
Search by name, phone, or email. Use Mark contacted or Mark booked as you work the list. Day rows show the date and preferred window (morning, afternoon, evening, or any). Remove someone when they are no longer interested.
To change what clients see online, open Settings → Floor & Booking. Staff get a notification when someone new joins.

How do I turn on the public waitlist or online booking?
Settings → Floor & Booking. Choose Public waitlist, Online booking, or Neither. With Online booking, turn on Also offer a general waitlist if you still want a booked-solid join list.
What is a day waitlist?
With Online booking on, clients can tap Join waitlist below the day’s times for a preferred window — even when other slots are still open. Those rows show here with a Day badge.
Why is the list empty?
No one has joined yet, or everyone was removed or marked booked. Share your website or check Floor & Booking is set the way you expect.
How do clients see an existing appointment?
When Public waitlist is not the main mode, Lookup booking is on the homepage under Book an appointment, in the site menu/footer, and on its own full page (same look as booking). Tap a visit to open the same status page as the confirmation email — paid visits include a Receipt there. Past visits show Paid or Unpaid on the card. Paid New sale tickets show for the receipt too (no Rebook). While Public waitlist is the main mode, Lookup booking stays hidden.
