Invite people, assign a role and location, and set their public booking profile — photo, title, and summary clients see when they book.

Invite people who should run this studio: email, a role, and which location they’re assigned to. New invites default to Owner. Add extra roles under Roles & Permissions if someone should see less.
On a staff profile, set an optional Public name for the booking site and client emails (for example first name only). Under Booking profile, add a photo, title, short Summary (provider cards when booking), and optional longer About for their public staff page. The dashboard still uses their full name. Clients open Team on your booking site to browse profiles.
People with Ecloras Support pick the studio when inviting. People already in a studio only invite into that studio. Ecloras Support is not offered on invite — that role is for the Ecloras team, not a studio seat.

Roles with Staff permission.
Where did shops and organizations go?
Staff belong to this studio. Assign them to a location. Higher plans can have more than one location.
Can someone hide their last name online?
Yes. Open their Staff profile and set Public name (for example just Ryan). Clients see that on the booking site and in emails.
How do I add a photo for the booking site?
Open their Staff profile and upload a booking photo under Booking profile. You’ll crop it to a square (drag and zoom) — it shows as a rounded square on the left of each provider card. You can also add a title (Barber, Cosmetologist, etc.) and a short Summary.
What is Summary vs About?
Summary is the short text on booking provider cards. About is the longer bio on their public staff page (Team → their profile). If About is blank, the Summary is used there.
Where do clients see staff profiles?
On your public booking site, open Team in the menu. Each person has a profile page with About and a Book button.
